About the Role

Moneyboxx Finance is looking to hire an experienced Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager with hands-on expertise in secured lending and mortgage-focused sales. The role is based in Madurai and is suited to professionals who can drive business growth in open market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business through open market sales channels.
• Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending offerings.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly targets for sales and disbursements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support timely loan processing and fund disbursal.
