Role Overview

The Relationship Manager - Farmer Finance is a specialized position within the Retail Liabilities segment, focusing on delivering customized financial solutions to agricultural customers. Key Duties

  • Enhance liabilities by increasing account balances of existing KCC customers and broadening wallet share.
  • Continuously analyze account transactions to identify new business opportunities.

  • Generate new KCC sales leads through referrals, brokers, and other channels.
  • Acquire new KCC customers, demonstrating strong ability in credit analysis and handling financial documentation.
