Proposals Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Proposals Specialist to become part of our Sales and Client Segment team based in Dubai. This opportunity is exclusively open to Emirati nationals who are enthusiastic about building their careers in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage proposal timelines, overseeing priorities, key deadlines, and submission milestones.
• Act as the liaison between contributors, project managers, and stakeholders to collect necessary information and confirm individual responsibilities.
• Organize and prepare all proposal documentation and submission materials, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in compiling project information such as scope, deliverables, execution plans, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting while maintaining tracking logs.
• Review and proofread proposals including text, graphics, and presentations; manage formatting and oversee final production processes.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, version control, and standards; facilitate the approvals process by scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, tracking sign-offs, and reporting the status of proposals.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a UAE National.
• Holds or is expected to obtain a bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, product design, journalism, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Detail-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Capable of working collaboratively within teams and adhering to established workflows.
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation in design concepts and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and skill in producing visually attractive and high-standard designs.

Additional Advantage

• Knowledge of insurance industry terms and processes is beneficial.

Workplace & Culture

Located in Dubai, the role is full-time and supports a hybrid work model blending remote and onsite work. Employees are expected to be onsite at least three days per week, with an identified anchor day for full team presence, promoting both flexibility and collaboration.
