Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure defined objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project timelines, progress, deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Keep project documentation up to date, including plans, reports, and minutes from meetings.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Identify potential project risks and issues early, contributing to mitigation plans with the project team.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and promoting cost efficiency.
- Review deliverables as part of quality control before client submission.
- Coordinate and participate in team meetings, documenting significant points and follow-ups.
- Handle daily operational aspects of projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in IT project coordination or project management support roles.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a strong eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate well within a team environment.
- Previous experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is advantageous.
