Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure defined objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project timelines, progress, deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Keep project documentation up to date, including plans, reports, and minutes from meetings.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues early, contributing to mitigation plans with the project team.
  • Support budget management by tracking expenses and promoting cost efficiency.
  • Review deliverables as part of quality control before client submission.
  • Coordinate and participate in team meetings, documenting significant points and follow-ups.
  • Handle daily operational aspects of projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in IT project coordination or project management support roles.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with a strong eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Ability to work independently but also collaborate well within a team environment.
  • Previous experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is advantageous.
