About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to enhance the delivery of exhibition stands and event-related projects. This role involves managing diverse tasks, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring smooth and timely project completion with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in day-to-day management of exhibition and event projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and record meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending actions.
- Support production, installation, logistics, and resource coordination processes.
- Keep project records organized and assist in project closure activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma; qualifications in Project Management or related fields preferred.
- Possess 2 to 3 years' experience within the UAE coordinating projects in exhibitions, events, or fit-out industries.
- Excellent organizational, planning, multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management software is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings is a bonus.
- Flexible work hours to meet project and operational needs.
- Preparedness to travel for site visits, installations, and other business activities as required.
