Program Manager

About the Role

This position involves overseeing the complete execution cycle of various strategic and operational projects at Deluxe, primarily based in Bengaluru. The Program Manager will ensure effective governance by coordinating closely with key stakeholders and will be responsible for devising detailed project plans with clear milestones while identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program management and implementation of multiple medium to large-scale projects locally and across global regions including US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage projects across several departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and Facilities.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business units to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Continuously monitor project progress, anticipate risks, report status updates, and manage concerns.
• Conduct project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholders to steer project direction.
• Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree mandatory; preference for MBA graduates with strong academic records.
• Experience range between 5 to 10 years managing medium to large scale projects spanning multiple international geographies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, people management, and influence skills.
• Effective time management with a demonstrated problem solving approach.
• Interest or awareness of the media industry is desirable.
