Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner will translate organizational goals into effective people management strategies, overseeing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit. This role requires close collaboration with senior leaders to craft an HR agenda aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish cross-functional HR partnerships to deliver services aligned with business goals.
  • Lead career and personal development efforts, including succession planning and skill assessments.
  • Develop and implement strong HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage timely and equitable performance assessment processes, creating development plans for high performers and corrective actions for those underperforming.
  • Monitor employee work results through line managers, conduct focus groups, address grievances, and provide counseling to employees and supervisors.
  • Coordinate Assessment Centre activities for promotion evaluations post-performance review cycle.
  • Support design and implementation of reward and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining thorough records and documentation.
  • Analyze business unit data to spot trends, recommending improvements to retention, performance, and employee experience.
  • Partner with managers to nurture, develop, and motivate employees to reach their potential.
  • Assist with compensation activities such as salary planning, approvals for salary modifications, promotions, and job reclassification.
  • Prepare, update, and disseminate monthly HR dashboards regularly.
  • Maintain and recommend updates to human resource policies and procedures to support management guidelines.
  • Act as a consultant on HR-related issues, providing necessary data to the business as needed.
  • Present relevant monthly reports to the business leadership team.
