This role focuses on assembling name badges, awards, trophies, and neoprene items, demanding a reliable and detail-oriented approach to consistently execute repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble name badges, awards, trophies, and neoprene products with precision.
• Ensure timely and accurate packing, assembly, and shipment of customer orders.
• Manage invoicing and dispatch documentation efficiently.
• Offer guidance and supervision to peers within the dispatch and assembly teams, including workload management.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and delivery dates.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace while adhering to workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist other departments when necessary based on skills and experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures to sustain workflow efficiency and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and dispatch operations.
• Proficient in using ordering and dispatch software systems.
• Effective communicator, capable of managing customer email requests clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Organized with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in assembly, packing, or dispatch roles is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving production processes.
• Flexibility to work full-time on a Monday to Friday roster between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
