Product Manager

Job Overview

The Product Manager holds full accountability for meeting both sales and profit goals for assigned product lines, optimizing returns for TD SYNNEX and associated vendors. Although primarily targeting revenue outcomes, this role primarily supports sales through marketing initiatives, sales training, technical pre-sales assistance, vendor contract management, and vendor relationship nurturing. These functions focus on assisting both the TD SYNNEX extended sales force and partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in formulating and executing business strategies for vendor product categories and related services to achieve set revenue targets, including forecasting and planning.
• Implement sales enablement activities and marketing campaigns targeting TD SYNNEX and partner teams to meet product objectives.
• Gain market insight by analyzing customer needs and competitive environment.
• Assist with inventory management strategies focusing on inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and reduction of obsolete stock.
• Provide comprehensive reporting to inform commercial decisions.
• Develop and maintain operational vendor relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Support sales teams in optimizing their performance regarding the particular product group, working closely with Channel Sales teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, partner engagement, and recommend corrective measures when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Proficient data entry capabilities.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and seek clarification as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competence in performing complex mathematical calculations.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and other local or regional languages.
• Experience delivering formal presentations.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior management levels.
• Negotiation skills with the ability to advocate ideas persuasively.
• Capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure task completion.

Work Environment and Additional Information

• Occasional requirement for overtime or non-standard working hours.
