Job Overview
We seek a meticulous and proactive professional to enhance the performance of our dynamic sales team. Serving as a direct support to account managers, this role involves driving coordination, preparation, and operational assistance for significant customer interactions and high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise, well-organized, and professionally presented sales quotations meeting customer demands within set timelines.
- Assist Account Managers with customer-related projects, including following up on quotes, providing deployment insights, and managing project coordination.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Sales Support and Product teams, as well as external partners and OEMs, to ensure superior customer service.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation for tender participations.
- Gather and structure project requirements from OEMs and internal units.
- Maintain systematically organized records of pricing, supplier details, and project costs.
- Monitor quotation versions and updates to ensure accuracy and proper version control.
- Keep internal systems like CRM updated with current opportunities and activities.
- Coordinate with team members to promote efficient request processing and timely responses.
- Obtain updated quotations from authorized vendors and maintain an updated database of pricing, catalogs, materials, and product samples.
- Support internal evaluations by comparing supplier options during costing and design phases.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in selling IT solutions through channel sales.
- Having a tertiary IT-related degree or diploma is preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication capabilities.
- Strong self-management and maturity to interact across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated business insight and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to leverage internal relationships and effectively sell value-added services.
- Competent in technically understanding products and solutions with strong opportunity closing skills.
