Role Mission
- Conduct international market and competitor analyses along with reviewing sales forecasts.
- Design strategic collection plans and marketing approaches for designated product lines.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, and Sourcing departments to align collections with market demands.
- Coordinate product concepts across footwear, apparel, and accessory teams within the Business Unit.
- Manage the product development cycle adhering to the Go-to-Market timelines.
- Represent product lines to key international partners and accounts.
- Participate in frequent market visits and industry trade fairs.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants of all genders are encouraged to apply.
- Possess graduate education in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related fields.
- Have at least three years of product management experience in the sporting goods sector, preferably within Sportstyle or Apparel categories.
- Exhibit strong market and retail insights.
- Have a well-developed product intuition and aesthetic sensibility.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and proficient English skills, both verbal and written.
- Show advanced analytical capabilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Display flexibility, effective organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and an ability to structure work efficiently.
