About the Role
TOA Global seeks a Personal Assistant to provide specialized support to the firm's Partners within the audit and professional services sector. This full-time remote position, based in Manila, offers a unique opportunity to be integral to the audit lifecycle, managing critical administrative workflows that empower executive decision-making and client advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle audit and compliance administration, including preparing conflict checks, client acceptance documents, engagement letters, official correspondence, and assembling financial packages.
- Manage practice databases with full responsibility for client setup and upkeep in APS and Vault systems, oversee monthly billing cycles, and follow up on unpaid invoices to maintain financial health.
- Maintain operational tracking systems such as staff movement schedules and 60-day audit lockdown trackers, ensuring full compliance with firm procedures.
- Produce weekly timesheet summaries and training compliance reports (HARRIE) for Partners, and serve as the main contact for internal team follow-ups to guarantee complete adherence.
- Coordinate executive meetings and professional development activities, including managing Partners’ Continuing Professional Development records.
- Support the preparation and review of client proposals to ensure professional and accurate presentation of the firm’s value propositions.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Practice Administrator role within audit or public accounting settings, with a strong grasp of the industry’s time-sensitive and regulatory demands.
- Advanced skills using APS and practice management software for operations reporting and billing management.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing detailed administrative tools and executive schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, adept at liaising with domestic Partners and international teams while assertively following up on action items.
- A proactive attitude marked by anticipation of Partner needs and independent resolution of workflow issues.

Work Schedule

Salary Range
