About the Role
Change It Talent is collaborating with a major organisation to build a new internal team, recruiting several Organisation Design Consultants across various levels including Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, and Principal. This presents a unique chance to shape operational frameworks, restructure organisational units, and drive workforce strategy in a significant enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operating models spanning business divisions and functions.
- Lead or support organisational restructuring projects from conceptualisation to deployment.
- Leverage people data and workforce analytics to guide and validate design decisions.
- Provide guidance on outsourcing, global workforce planning, and location strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to convert strategic objectives into structural and organisational transformations.
- Contribute to establishing and enhancing the operations and outputs of the new internal team.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable expertise in at least one domain such as operating model design, organisational restructuring, workforce analytics, or outsourcing/global workforce strategy.
- A methodical, strategic mindset toward workforce transformation, often developed through consulting experience.
- Experience either in consulting environments or in-house transformation roles is welcome.
- Aptitude for managing initiatives from architecture through design to implementation at organisational systems level.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Capability to integrate strategic planning with practical delivery.
- Skill in navigating uncertain and evolving organisational contexts.
