Role Overview
As an Operations Manager at Grantek Systems Integration, you will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project execution and exceptional client service. This role involves hands-on involvement throughout all stages of the project lifecycle—from sales and execution to overall management. The position requires strong leadership, a client-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing project delivery, overseeing financial performance, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver efficient execution, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve chargeability goals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to provide proactive and outstanding customer experiences.

Required Qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience in operations or sales within a technical or engineering-focused sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, sales processes, and engineering design principles.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience handling project financials and profit and loss oversight.
- Excellent leadership qualities including strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and team mentoring capabilities.
