Role Overview

As an Operations Manager at Grantek Systems Integration, you will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project execution and exceptional client service. This role involves hands-on involvement throughout all stages of the project lifecycle—from sales and execution to overall management. The position requires strong leadership, a client-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing project delivery, overseeing financial performance, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver efficient execution, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve chargeability goals.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to provide proactive and outstanding customer experiences.
• Participate in proposal preparation and contribute to securing new business.
• Promote a culture of continuous innovation and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and professional development planning.
• Encourage a collaborative and positive work environment, aligned with company strategies and decision-making.

• Travel up to 10% outside the district as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in operations or sales within a technical or engineering-focused sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, sales processes, and engineering design principles.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience handling project financials and profit and loss oversight.
• Excellent leadership qualities including strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
