Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Operation Team Lead to manage daily IT operations, ensuring the continuous availability, stability, and optimal performance of the company’s enterprise infrastructure and applications. This position involves leading the operations team, managing incidents efficiently, and supporting container technologies across Linux and Windows platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the IT operations team’s daily activities.
- Manage Linux and Windows Server environments with hands-on administration.
- Oversee and maintain Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms.
- Manage clusters and ensure high-availability for critical applications.
- Monitor performance of infrastructure, systems, and applications consistently.
- Drive incident management processes including troubleshooting, escalation, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure swift resolution of operational issues within defined service levels.
- Delegate tasks and provide technical leadership to team members.
- Coordinate system maintenance activities such as upgrades, patches, and operational changes.
- Collaborate proactively with application teams, infrastructure personnel, cybersecurity units, and support staff.
- Maintain thorough documentation of operational procedures and generate performance reports.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT operations, system administration, or managing infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience leading a technical operations team.
- Proficient in Linux and Windows Server administration with practical experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Experience handling clusters, high-availability systems, and containerized applications.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
