Position Overview
This contract role centers on managing coordination and stakeholder engagement related to onboarding short-term contractors. The ideal candidate will support workforce operations and procurement functions, with experience in systems such as Workday, Coupa, and Oracle highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete onboarding processes for short-term contractors throughout specific hiring cycles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, suppliers, procurement, HR, and other internal groups to gather and validate onboarding prerequisites.
- Assist with contingent workforce onboarding protocols within a Time & Materials Statement of Work (SOW) framework.
- Monitor contractor submissions, onboarding checkpoints, and readiness for start dates to ensure timely completions.
- Manage intake paperwork, system access requests, and other onboarding-related administrative tasks.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively address pending items to prevent delays.
- Keep onboarding trackers, dashboards, and associated program documentation up to date to ensure transparency of hiring and onboarding status.
- Provide support in procurement activities, including contractor requisitions and vendor engagement through procurement platforms.
- Identify and assist in resolving routine process challenges while maintaining adherence to onboarding standards.
- Ensure contractors receive a consistent and positive onboarding experience from initiation through completion.
Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting onboarding programs for contingent workers or contractors.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor management workflows.
- Background working with Time & Materials (T&M) Statement of Work engagements.
- Experience managing contractor onboarding, invoicing, procurement, or workforce operational tasks.
- Practical knowledge or exposure to Workday, Coupa, Oracle, or other HRIS, ERP, procurement, or CRM systems.
