About Mo's Bundt Cakes
Mo's Bundt Cakes is a rapidly expanding specialty bakery that crafts gourmet bundt cakes by hand, offers nationwide shipping, and creates memorable corporate gifting solutions. We seek a Marketing & Content Coordinator who is creative, detail-focused, and well-organized to elevate our brand presence through social media, email, website, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Produce captivating photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, events, and daily bakery activities through filming.
- Edit footage into engaging reels, TikToks, and stories.
- Craft compelling captions and contribute to content scheduling.
- Design diverse marketing collateral such as social media graphics, email visuals, website banners, product inserts, packaging labels, flyers, digital ads, and corporate gifting materials ensuring all adhere to brand guidelines.
- Manage Shopify store by updating products, collections, and seasonal offers.
- Upload product photography and descriptions, and create dedicated landing pages for promotions and holidays.
- Assist in strategizing seasonal campaigns, product launches, and organize photoshoots and content production days.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and maintain content calendars with adherence to campaign timelines.
- Schedule and manage social media posts, engage with community through comments and messages, monitor trends, and suggest innovative ideas to grow the audience.
- Support email marketing campaigns, maintain digital asset organization, ensure consistent brand messaging, and assist in event execution including pop-ups and community activities.
Qualifications
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Self-driven with ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for food, gifting, and lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable working in vibrant, fast-moving small business settings.
- Preferred experience includes over 2 years in marketing, social media management, graphic design, or content creation.
- Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is advantageous.
- Experience with Shopify platform and basic photography/videography skills.
- Skilled in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools for social media.
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Bonus skills include expertise in product photography, food styling, copywriting, SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, Pinterest marketing, and use of AI marketing tools.

- Manage and update social media content calendar within first 90 days.
- Consistently deliver engaging photo and video content weekly.
