Lot Associate

Role Overview

The Lot Associate is primarily responsible for aiding customers with vehicle loading and overseeing activities at the store entrance. They also ensure ample carts are readily available near the entrance for customer convenience. This role requires consistent interaction with both Home Depot associates and customers.

Key Duties

• Assist customers in loading their vehicles.
• Monitor and maintain the store entrance area.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of shopping carts near the entrance.
• Engage directly and courteously with customers to offer excellent service.

Customer Service Importance

Since the Lot Associate is often the first and last representative customers see upon entering or leaving the store, providing superb customer service is a critical aspect of this role.
