Resort Location
Located on Shura Island, the upcoming Four Seasons Resort Red Sea will be among the premier luxury beach destinations in the region. Spanning 200 km of coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh in Saudi Arabia, the resort encompasses pristine natural islands, lagoons, a yacht marina, retail, golf course, and leisure facilities. Sustainability is central, with development minimizing environmental impact through marine spatial planning and renewable energy use. The resort will offer roughly 149 rooms and suites with stunning views, along with six dining venues, meeting spaces, a marine discovery centre, and extensive recreational amenities including spa, pools, tennis courts, and family/adult beaches.
Position Overview: Locker Attendant
The Locker Attendant plays an essential role in ensuring spa and fitness locker areas are clean, organized, and inviting. Duties include maintaining locker rooms, shower and changing areas to the highest hygiene standards, replenishing towels and amenities, and assisting guests with locker use. This role supports the Spa & Wellness team by providing attentive, professional service and contributes substantially to creating a luxurious, relaxing spa environment consistent with Four Seasons standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in locker rooms, showers, and relaxation areas.
- Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and spa amenities efficiently.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests with locker usage and facility needs.
- Ensure all areas are organized and well-presented.
- Work proactively to support guest comfort and privacy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in spa operations, housekeeping, hospitality or recreation is beneficial.
- Strong focus on cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to professionally serve guests.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards is advantageous.
