Job description
About Four Seasons
Four Seasons is built around its people. The company brings together individuals who aim to improve continuously, challenge themselves, and treat colleagues with the same respect they expect in return. Across the world, team members create memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a luxury mindset paired with genuine care. A strong employee experience and supportive culture are seen as essential to delivering that standard of service.
The brand’s philosophy centers on welcoming familiar faces and new ones alike, with the goal of creating lasting impressions. The belief is that life becomes richer through meaningful connections with people and the wider world.
About the Location
The Red Sea is set to become one of the region’s leading luxury beach destinations, spanning natural islands and lagoons across 200 km of coastline on the western side of Saudi Arabia between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be on Shura Island, the main hub of the development, and will include a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail spaces, an 18-hole golf course, and more.
The destination has been planned with sustainability at its core, using marine spatial planning to assess and reduce environmental impact while limiting over-tourism. It will depend on renewable energy and develop only a small portion of the islands, with large conservation zones preserved. The resort will feature about 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted sea views, along with six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and event areas, a marine discovery centre, a Kids for All Seasons space, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and separate family and adult beaches.
