Job Summary
This role involves delivering expert advice and daily operational support to achieve set objectives aligned with established standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain Absa Bank’s product features to prospective customers.
- Ensure customers provide all documentation required by product guidelines.
- Verify completion and certification of all necessary customer documentation.
- Submit customer applications to the sales manager for review before final submission.
- Maintain secure custody of customer documents and safeguard confidential information.
- Inform customers about the status and outcomes of their applications.
- Gather market and competitor insights directly from the field and report them to Local Group Leadership to aid product improvement.
- Understand available communication channels customers use to provide feedback or complaints.
Education Requirement
Possession of a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is mandatory.
