About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, dedicated Labourer to join our dynamic Plant & Tool Division team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and aims to contribute to a growing and reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop and yard, ensuring they are tidy and hazard-free.
• Clean and orderly store plant equipment.
• Refuel plant and machinery while keeping accurate fuel records.
• Perform quality checks on equipment to confirm it is hire-ready before dispatch.
• Carry out general workshop tasks as needed.
• Assist with driving duties, including loading and unloading vehicles, depending on licence qualifications.
• Operate forklifts when required.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably within a hire depot or yard setting.
• Team-oriented mindset, willing to support colleagues.
• Capable of working independently and proactively applying initiative in a busy environment.
• Strong focus on detail with a high priority on safety compliance.
• Possession of CSCS card, forklift licence, and driving licence are beneficial.
