About the Role
Fan Milk PLC is seeking a skilled and dynamic Key Account Manager to join their commercial team. The position involves managing and expanding key client relationships to achieve profitability, sales volume targets, activations, market leadership, and brand development as outlined in the commercial plan. The role reports directly to the National Key Account Manager and requires ensuring consistent payment compliance from clients.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 8 years of strong experience in commercial roles encompassing sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in FMCG sales with major clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Competent in delivering persuasive presentations and adopting an argumentative style.
- Sound decision-making capabilities with agility to respond swiftly in dynamic environments.
- Proficient analytical and numerical skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies, especially below-the-line (BTL) activities.
- Knowledge of customer and consumer shopper behavior techniques.
- Ability to generate and apply consumer insights effectively.
