About the Role
Suits Workspaces Private Limited is seeking a Junior Interior Designer and Site Execution Coordinator to contribute to coworking and managed office projects in Jaipur. This position involves supporting office space planning, generating 3D design views, conducting site measurements, coordinating vendors, preparing bills of quantity, and overseeing daily fit-out activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare office floor layouts and seating arrangements focusing on efficient space utilization.
- Create basic three-dimensional visual presentations for internal and client review purposes.
- Regularly visit project sites to measure, track execution progress, and manage coordination with on-site teams.
- Liaise effectively with carpenters, electricians, civil contractors, furniture suppliers, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Compile and maintain basic bills of quantities, material lists, and comparative cost sheets.
- Monitor project timelines, pending tasks, approval processes, and overall completion status.
- Assist with setting up built-to-suit office spaces and modifying coworking areas as required.
- Provide management with daily updates on project progress and challenges.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp or comparable 3D/design software tools.
- Solid foundational knowledge in interior design, furniture arrangement, electrical and civil coordination, and an understanding of material finishes.
- Willingness and ability to conduct on-site visits and communicate with various vendors effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with capability in follow-up and reporting on project status.
- Suitable for fresh graduates possessing strong practical design insight, as well as candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be located in Jaipur or open to working from the Jaipur office and sites.
Additional Details
Salary: INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 per month, adjusted according to experience and skill level.
Work Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur.
Work Mode: Full-time position requiring presence at office and project sites.
