Job Responsibilities
- Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store premises.
- Clean showers and restroom facilities thoroughly.
- Handle washing, loading, and unloading towels used in shower areas.
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks around the store.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center grounds.
- Deliver excellent guest service by maintaining clean and welcoming facilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Capable of collaborating as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the workday.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
