About the Role
Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member in Hardeeville, SC for a full-time, on-site position. The role supports a fast-paced travel center environment where cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and teamwork are central to the day-to-day experience.
The starting pay for this position is between $12.50 and $18.23 per hour.
The company serves a wide range of guests, including professional drivers, commuters, and travelers, and values an inclusive workplace where team members help create a positive experience for everyone who stops by.

Responsibilities
- Keep the store clean and presentable at all times.
- Clean showers and restroom areas.
- Wash, load, and unload towels used for shower services.
- Handle basic repair and maintenance tasks around the store.
- Collect trash from the travel center and surrounding areas.
- Deliver friendly guest service by helping maintain a well-kept facility.
Requirements
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive work style.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day walking or standing.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar job is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to resolve small issues is a plus.
