Job Details and Responsibilities

• Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store premises.
• Clean showers and restrooms thoroughly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels for showers.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks within the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash in and around the travel center.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by keeping facilities well maintained.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated individual who can work independently.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for most of the day.
• Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred experience in similar janitorial or maintenance roles.
• Knowledgeable about industrial equipment with ability to resolve minor mechanical issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay ranges from $11.85 to $17.25 per hour.
