Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Managing IT hotline requests via telephone in both German and English, ensuring detailed documentation of all interactions.
- Providing first-level support by receiving and addressing incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely or directly at the employee's workstation, including installing new hardware and software components.
- Supporting staff in the efficient use of our applications during their daily work routines.
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of our processes and environment.
- Executing minor projects within the Service Desk scope such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent technical qualification supplemented by further IT-related education.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and passion for outstanding customer support.
- Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
