Role Overview
This position is for an International Voice Process professional based in Kochi. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound international calls, speaking with prospective clients, and supporting lead generation and closure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and confident manner.
- Speak clearly and listen carefully to understand client needs and expectations.
- Use persuasive communication to present services effectively.
- Generate leads through cold calling for sponsors and exhibitors.
- Track conversations with leads and work toward successful conversions.
- Keep call logs, lead details, and follow-up records accurate and up to date.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong spoken English is essential.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customers well.
- Understanding of customer support workflows.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Willingness to work night shifts and from the office as needed.
- Both graduates and undergraduates may apply.
