About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves managing customer quotations, orders, and communications with precision and efficiency to support sales operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes aligned with customer requirements and technical specifications promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders meticulously, including reviewing contractual details in SAP, handling price adjustments, call-offs, blocked orders, code generation, customer complaints, credits, returns, and quality assurance issues.
