About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves managing customer quotations, orders, and communications with precision and efficiency to support sales operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes aligned with customer requirements and technical specifications promptly.
- Process and manage customer orders meticulously, including reviewing contractual details in SAP, handling price adjustments, call-offs, blocked orders, code generation, customer complaints, credits, returns, and quality assurance issues.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to secure profitable business through effective management of customer relationships, tender contracts, quotations, and sales orders.
- Maintain prompt and clear communication with customers regarding services provided and service standards expected.
- Utilize company tools, processes, and systems to meet established key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work jointly with all business channels to achieve or surpass channel financial and volume goals.
- Offer administrative and sales support to the wider sales team.
- Engage proactively in continuous improvement projects targeted at enhancing customer service quality and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate across business areas to uphold Prysmian's brand integrity.
- Contribute positively to the team environment and celebrate collective achievements.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment in line with WHS guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in inside sales roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong ability to engage effectively with various business stakeholders.
- Capable team player who fosters harmonious relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Committed to personal development and eager to expand sales expertise.
- Adaptable, able to manage disruption, and flexible with shifting priorities.
