Job Overview
This is a permanent work-from-home position requiring at least one year of experience specifically in Non-IT recruitment. The role offers compensation up to ₹15,000 monthly plus performance-based incentives. The official working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (6 days a week).
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of one year work experience in Non-IT hiring is essential.
- Applicants should not be enrolled in any ongoing educational programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Practical experience with Naukri (Resdex) sourcing is mandatory.
- Familiarity and hands-on use of LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals for recruiting candidates is necessary.
- Candidates must have their own laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle for positions in retail and retail sales.
- Comprehend client requirements and provide quality candidate submissions within agreed timeframes.
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applicant resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Arrange interview timings with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring status reports.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates for sustained engagement.
- Ensure timely closing of positions while upholding high standards of recruitment quality.
- Keep abreast of current market trends and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Required Skills
- Thorough understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Experience specifically with sourcing candidates through Naukri (Resdex) and various other job portals.
- Strong abilities in sourcing, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Good organizational skills along with effective time management.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
