Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, and onboard support workers to meet client needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain talent pools to satisfy current and anticipated demand.
- Organize and oversee support worker scheduling and rosters.
- Ensure all onboarding, training, and client standards are upheld.
- Monitor the performance of support workers and address any issues.
- Handle payroll-related tasks and resolve workforce challenges timely.

Qualifications and Skills
