Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy engaging with customers on the road. As a key member representing Iceland Foods, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of groceries, upholding our high standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures, including handling heavy lifting and manual tasks.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to maintain safety standards.
• Ensure groceries reach customers in optimal condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support.
• Assist with store duties as needed.
• Work independently managing your own schedule effectively.
• Be flexible to work varied shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for great customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Possess a strong awareness of road safety and compliance.
