About the Role
Become a vital contributor to healthcare operations as a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at Gainwell Technologies. This fully remote opportunity allows you to support the processing of claims and healthcare documentation that impact millions of members nationwide. The role involves meticulous entry, review, and verification of claims data, ensuring compliance and quality within healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify information from claims, supporting documents, and healthcare records.
- Examine claims forms and related materials to confirm completeness and adherence to guidelines.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive healthcare and member data.
- Consistently achieve designated standards for productivity, quality, and accuracy while managing daily tasks.
- Operate various systems and Microsoft Office tools to facilitate claims processing and operational goals.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have at least two years’ experience in data entry, administrative roles, claims processing, healthcare operations, or similar areas.
- Demonstrate excellent typing and data input accuracy with keen attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $35,000 to $50,000, with the final pay reflecting geographic location, internal equity, and individual experience and qualifications.
