Job Overview

The Ground Operation Team Member plays a vital role in facilitating last mile delivery processes by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing off orders to the assigned riders and drivers. This position ensures that dispatch operations are carried out promptly and efficiently while upholding a safe and orderly hub environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily last mile delivery tasks including order receipt, verification, and transfer to delivery personnel.
• Collaborate with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, and related teams such as Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse to maintain seamless delivery operations.
• Maintain safety and organizational standards within the work hub to support efficient workflows.
• Assist during high-demand periods to ensure continued operational effectiveness.
• Identify and report any operational issues promptly to relevant supervisors to minimize disruptions.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed high school education or possess an equivalent qualification.
• Experience ranging from none to two years in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations; newcomers and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic proficiency in computer use is required.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with effective time management skills.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic operational environments.

Work Environment

Position is based onsite in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement in a physically organized, team-based setting.
