Job description
Role Overview
The position involves managing and overseeing housekeeping activities throughout the plant premises to ensure an organized and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping operations and labor teams daily, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently and completed promptly.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of the plant, guest house, and company colony premises.
- Ensure effective use and discipline among housekeeping staff and contract labor.
- Coordinate routine and special cleaning tasks in collaboration with labor teams.
- Oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of Guest House and Company Colony facilities, including common areas.
- Address and resolve complaints related to Guest House and Company Colony swiftly.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to facilitate housekeeping and facility maintenance work.
- Monitor the inventory and availability of housekeeping supplies and consumables.
- Compile and submit daily and weekly reports concerning housekeeping and administrative operations.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and administrative procedures consistently.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as directed by management.
