We utilize industry-leading training, environmentally conscious cleaning products, and methods to ensure outstanding quality and excellent customer experience. Our team contributes to making schools, office buildings, retail locations, and other facilities across Ontario cleaner and healthier.
Position Details
- Work schedule options include Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- The hourly wage is $18.00.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive janitorial duties including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors and surfaces.
- Maintain safety and hygiene by sanitizing and disinfecting various surfaces within client facilities.
- Manage waste collection and disposal responsibly.
- Clean and maintain common areas such as entrances, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Learn and apply advanced cleaning techniques to consistently achieve high standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service tailored to individual client needs.
- Support company values by building value and employing smart cleaning practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
- Attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Friendly and positive demeanor.
- Willingness and ability to acquire new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
- Successful completion of a police background check.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Remain standing or walking during entire shifts.
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, pull, carry, and navigate stairs.
