Position Details

• Work schedule options include Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• The hourly wage is $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive janitorial duties including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors and surfaces.
• Maintain safety and hygiene by sanitizing and disinfecting various surfaces within client facilities.
• Manage waste collection and disposal responsibly.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as entrances, stairwells, and restrooms.
• Learn and apply advanced cleaning techniques to consistently achieve high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service tailored to individual client needs.
• Support company values by building value and employing smart cleaning practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
• Attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Friendly and positive demeanor.
• Willingness and ability to acquire new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
• Successful completion of a police background check.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Remain standing or walking during entire shifts.
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, pull, carry, and navigate stairs.
