Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Stack Developer proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript to join our client's expanding team on a full-time, remote basis. This position centers on crafting, enhancing, and sustaining high-quality code essential for AI model training and optimization. The developer will also assess AI model outputs to benchmark their performance and provide insightful analyses aimed at continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient, robust codebases for the training and optimization of AI models.
• Perform evaluations to assess AI model performance and conduct detailed analysis of findings.
• Assess AI model responses to user queries across various domains, ensuring they meet established benchmarks.
• Create clear, comprehensive explanations and justifications for evaluation outcomes, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives by designing and managing high-quality, task-specific datasets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack application development.
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js.
• Familiarity with Nest.js framework for building scalable server-side applications.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Skill in producing clean, reusable, and maintainable code to ensure long-term project sustainability.
