Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and implementation of complex features and backend/frontend services, upholding a sense of ownership for your code and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate both business and technical requirements into maintainable and scalable software products.
• Maintain high system standards by applying comprehensive testing strategies, conducting code reviews, managing e2e testing, and configuring CI/CD pipelines and effective monitoring.
• Pioneer ongoing improvements in system architecture and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Identify and execute opportunities for optimizing system performance and enhancing user experience.
• Integrate AI technologies—especially language models—into both new and existing platforms to deliver production-ready capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or closely related technical discipline with an outstanding academic record.
• Industry experience in software development within agile teams, specifically hands-on work with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with AI-augmented development environments and contemporary software engineering workflows.
• Solid background in Linux-based systems, DevOps culture, and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, eager to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proactive approach in continuously enhancing and optimizing systems for reliability and performance.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient command of English (C1 level); knowledge of German (B2 level) is advantageous.
