Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fresh Market Manager in leading, coaching, and assisting the Fruit and Vegetable Team to maintain a consistent, high-quality fresh produce range that meets customer needs for freshness and convenience.
- Create and nurture a customer-focused atmosphere both in-store and for online shoppers.
- Help supervise team members using key performance metrics and company practices, providing constructive feedback to enhance recognition and developmental prospects.
- Assist in boosting team efficiency to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Working Hours
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
