Role Overview

The Franchise Success Manager will serve as the key support for franchise partners through all phases from pre-launch to active operations. This involves coordinating store launch activities, conducting team training sessions, organizing local marketing efforts, managing CRM updates, and providing continuous operational assistance.

Responsibilities

Guide franchisees in setting up their outlets efficiently before launch
Train staff to uphold operational and service standards
Coordinate local promotional activities to boost store visibility and customer engagement
Update and maintain franchise CRM records for effective communication and tracking
Offer ongoing operational advice to ensure smooth franchise functioning
Travel frequently to franchise locations to provide hands-on support

Candidate Profile
