Role Overview
The Franchise Success Manager will serve as the key support for franchise partners through all phases from pre-launch to active operations. This involves coordinating store launch activities, conducting team training sessions, organizing local marketing efforts, managing CRM updates, and providing continuous operational assistance.
Responsibilities
- Guide franchisees in setting up their outlets efficiently before launch
- Train staff to uphold operational and service standards
- Coordinate local promotional activities to boost store visibility and customer engagement
- Update and maintain franchise CRM records for effective communication and tracking
- Offer ongoing operational advice to ensure smooth franchise functioning
- Travel frequently to franchise locations to provide hands-on support
Candidate Profile
Open to fresh graduates enthusiastic about gaining experience in franchise management and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
