Overview

We are seeking a commercially savvy Financial Controller to lead the finance operations for an established organisation managing a significant property portfolio and diverse commercial ventures. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive financial leadership across multiple entities, supporting governance, investment choices, property performance, and sustainable expansion.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire finance function including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end procedures.
  • Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
