About the Role
Crossing Hurdles, a global recruitment consultancy, is collaborating with an AI company focused on developing systems that comprehend real-world professional workflows. They are looking for seasoned corporate finance experts to assess AI-generated outputs, detect inaccuracies, and enhance domain-specific reasoning utilizing practical industry knowledge. This role involves applying hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, capital allocation, and strategic finance rather than theoretical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-produced financial models, forecasts, and analyses to verify their accuracy and quality of reasoning.
- Convert actual FP&A, capital allocation, and strategic finance workflows into organized, structured tasks for AI evaluation.
- Critique AI outputs on various scenarios including variance analysis, scenario modeling, unit economics, and board-level decision making.
- Clearly document reasoning, assumptions, and trade-offs in written form.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance fields such as FP&A, strategic finance, capital allocation, or financial modeling.
- Preferred qualifications include CFA certification or an MBA with a finance focus.
- Excellent written English skills to communicate reasoning effectively.
- Availability for at least 15 to 20 hours per week on a consistent basis.
- Comfortable working remotely with asynchronous communication.
