Role overview
This position focuses on managing the end-to-end field operations for the Instant Discharge product, with responsibility for moving cases smoothly from first contact through final closure. The role is centered on on-ground coordination, document validation, eligibility assessment, and process execution in a hospital-linked environment.
Key responsibilities
- Present the Instant Discharge offering, check case eligibility, and support conversion of qualified cases.
- Own assigned instant discharge cases from start to finish and make sure every operational step is completed correctly.
- Gather, confirm, and upload all necessary hospital documents, including pre-authentication papers, bill estimates, final bills, discharge summaries, and the final insurance approval letter.
- Keep document uploads accurate and timely on the portal while adhering to the required turnaround time and process rules.
- Work closely with hospital insurance counters, billing teams, TPAs, and central operations to keep cases moving.
- Monitor pending cases and resolve any missing paperwork or process delays proactively.
- Operate in line with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
