Role overview
This position is part of the Global Engagement team and focuses on building relationships with international clients, donors, and prospects. The role supports the launch of new campaigns and ensures smooth communication across different time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both outbound and inbound conversations with overseas clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Support fundraising efforts by engaging international donors and partners for patient-focused campaigns.
- Identify promising leads and move them forward using tailored engagement approaches.
- Meet monthly targets related to campaign launches and donor conversions.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technology teams to keep campaign execution on track.
- Keep CRM entries accurate and prepare daily as well as weekly performance updates.
Shift and working schedule
Shift timings are 9 PM to 6 AM and 12 PM to 9 PM in rotational shifts. Working days are Monday through Saturday. The workplace is located at Marol Naka, Andheri, Mumbai.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales, BPO, fundraising, or donor engagement.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Good interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.
- Comfort with rotational shifts or fixed night shifts aligned to US or UK regions.
